Order Processing

Orders are carefully reviewed and prepared by our team before shipment. Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders containing items that require sizing, customization, engraving, or other special services may require additional processing time.

Custom-designed and made-to-order jewelry will ship according to the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or phone, when available.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout based on your order and delivery location. Orders are shipped using a trusted carrier and are packaged securely to help protect your purchase during transit.

For higher-value jewelry purchases, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to help ensure your order is received safely.

Shipping Insurance

We take the security of your purchase seriously. Eligible jewelry orders are shipped with appropriate insurance during transit. Once your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage or signs of tampering, please contact Bottoni Jewelers as soon as possible before opening the package and retain all original packaging materials.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. Bottoni Jewelers is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

For security purposes, certain high-value orders may require additional verification before shipment or may only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and determining the next steps.

In-Store Pickup

If available for your order, in-store pickup may be arranged at our Robbinsville Township, NJ location. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
